Okay, so I've been dealing with some personal things and had to take a break from my blog... for a year or so. Yeah, I know -_-
Anywho... I have still been taking care to maintain my nails however I haven't been able to keep track of all of my pictures =(

Day 13: Cheer Yourself Up Mani
I'm not going to even begin to talk about my absence lol. So let's just get into it. I saw the mani challenge for today and thought AWESOME!! ...Now what am I going to do? LOL A lot of things cheer me up and and I'm like all over the place... So wait, what's the problem? Why shouldn't my nails be?! That is the challenge after all right? SO my mani is bright, bold colors, sparkles, glitter, and rainbows!! YAY me! LOL

First off my nails were in horrid shape before hand... My pinky nail just broke off while I was removing the polish... My thumb has been like this for weeks. I think it happened when I was making a bow... Glue gun on the nail might do that to you lol

Since I had been neglecting my poor nails and I previously used Plum Luck, I decided to give them a good cleaning, ie a brightening and strengthening bath with Peroxide and Baking Soda. It works girls!! It takes no time in comparison to the time we actually take on our manis.

| 1 tbsp of peroxide, 2.5 tbsp of baking soda, mix and let it set for a min, put the paste on each nail and let sit for 5mins |

Hooray for me!
YAY!! I'm so excited y'all! I finally unlocked the power of water marbling! LOL I've seen so many other people do it but not explain HOW they did said water marble. Frustrating, right? Well, yesterday I was tweeting away and I saw my blogger go-to person, Kelly, post about her Step by Step Water Marbling Tutorial & Video. I was like SCORE!! Okay, okay, on to the finished product.

Listen to Your Momager!
As you all know the Kardashians decided to collab a collection with Nicole by OPI last year. I must admit that there were a few colors that caught my eye but eventually I forgot about them & moved on. ...that is, until I was watching KKTNY [Kourtney & Kim Take New York] and I saw Kris Jenner wearing this luxurious and commanding blue polish on her nails! I was like, "Babe!! I want that polish! I have to find out what she's wearing!!" Of course he was like, "...oookay?" I suddenly remembered, "Oh, wait! They have a line! YES!" So I immediately typed in "nicolebyopi.com" and BOOM! Listen to Your Momager! I was like, goooooaaaaaaallllll!!!! LOL So of course, I ran down to Wally World and snatched it up [sad that I didn't see Khloe had a little Lam Lam] and pranced around with excited, then drooled once I saw the finished product.

Listen to Your Momager is a jelly based dark royal blue with tiny, microscopic blue shimmers inside *drools* I applied two coats for the opacity, which was actually surprising since the first coat was so sheer.
I topped my index finger with a gorgeous shattered that I fell in love with at a Sephora in-store VIB sale; it's Sephora by OPI, of course, in Turquoise Blasted. This is a beautiful turquoise blue with it's own tiny shimmers. I really like the combo.
